Customer Rating 2011

DT Moving has today announced a 96.5% customer satisfaction score for the year ending December 2011.

The score derives from direct customer feedback for international relocations managed by DT Moving across UK, Europe, the Americas, Asia-Pacific and Africa throughout 2011. It is the fifth year in succession that DT's rating has exceeded 95%.

DT Moving's Operations Director Tony Hutchison says;

"We're delighted that once again our customer rating is in the high-nineties. All credit
must go to our first-class packing and move management teams who continue to deliver excellent service. We are aiming for more of the same during 2012!"
