DT Moving has today announced a 96% customer satisfaction score for the 12 months ending December 2012.
The score derives from direct customer feedback for international relocations managed by DT Moving across UK, Europe, the Americas, Asia-Pacific and Africa up to and including the end of December 2012.
DT Moving's Managing Director Nick Kerr says;
"We're delighted that once again our customer rating is in the high-nineties. All credit
must go to our first-class packing and move management teams who continue to deliver excellent service. We are aiming for more of the same during the first quarter of 2013!"
The customer score represents the 7th year in a row whereby DT Moving has achieved a rating of 95% or more.
