At DT Moving we believe that international moving is not just about delivering your goods to destination, but also making sure that the level of service before, during and after your move exceeds your expectations. For this reason, we have developed our 'Ongoing Service' pledge, a commitment to providing the best possible move experience for our customers. We have a number of areas that we believe make our service stand out from the crowd and contribute to our enviable levels of repeat business;

• Move Manager;
  For every single move, we appoint a move manager who brings together all of the various elements of the move and importantly, is available to run through any questions or queries that a customer may have. The manager is a single point of contact, designed to simplify the move and avoid one customer being contacted by 5 or 6 different people from the same organisation during their move.
  
• Track and trace;
  We have developed our website to include a customer area that offers important pre-move, in-progress and post-move information. Customers can track the status of their shipment, check on their move quotation and offer us post-move feedback, all online.
  
• Feedback;
  We ask for feedback from every single customer we move. We believe it is crucial to allow our customers an opportunity to voice their opinion and importantly means we are able to meet the ever changing needs of the private client and corporate transferee. Previous customer feedback has helped shape much of DT Moving's current move management process.
